An old place – over 100 years old. There is a picture on the table when it was the age of T-Fords and the taxis had their resting place outside Postgaarden. This was their favorite.
Today it is a combined lunchrestaurant and old bodega. This explains why it has been so often closed when I walk by, they follow the lunch restaurants opening hours.
The service is good, but the X-factor is lacking. A good place for smoking vacation.
You can find Café Postgaarden here.
“Hey Norm, ready for the big opening?”
“Yeah. It’s right here, you can pour beer down it anytime.”
