The Lamb

When you walk to find the Lamb, you will see that London is a city consisting of many small villages. You are in the middle of the big city, but feel you are in a village.

You enter and see the magnificent half island bar. Over the bare you have “snob screens”. It is a relic from the Victorian times. You have hatches in heads height with etched glass. You can swivel these you the neighbor does not disturb you. A fun and decorative detail.

Along the walls there a green polished chesterfields, and a lot of old photos and paintings. You can also find a separate room for Gentlemen-

The guests are happy for good beer and good atmosphere. The servants were a little grumpy, unfortunately.

We would recommend this Young’s place  It is a good place for a light breakfast.

Todays Normism:
“What’s going on, Mr. Peterson?”
“The question is what’s going in Mr. Peterson. A beer please, Woody.”
