Wow – how do I describe this place?
5 years ago, this was a place to avoid. 2 curtains were all I would give, but time can do good as well. Agnete, the 3rd generation of the Landlord took over the place, put the prices up, and you got rid of the drunks.
Agnete has followed the family tradition and made a very cozy place with mostly pleasant people in the bar. The train concept is strictly executed, something I like. A young ?? man can still enjoy miniature train. There are train pictures on the wall; some of the sofas are reminiscent of coaches in the train.
Wednesday and Sundays are days of celebration. The former Landlord and grand old man, Leif P is playing the keyboard.
If you have heard the old CD of classic songs, you are in heaven. Here you can hear them live. Leif P is not always so fond of singing himself, so he has some helpers. Kai and Guiseppe give good and exclusive versions. If you want you can also go up yourself.
You can smoke here so it is a good place for a smokers vacation.
