The Cardinal

Just behind Westminister Cathedral. off the beaten track in a quiet neighborhood, lies The Cardinal. It is a Victorian pub worth visiting.

There is a big island bar, with plenty of room to mingle around. The panels are dark and half high. The wallpaper over is also nice; old English. Out towards the street there are some high tables. Along the walls there are sofas. A nice twist is the room in the back. It is a big living room, with old furniture. The lamps above the bar are a good detail. On the walls you have mirrors and pictures of cardinals and popes who are blessing you drink.

The crowd is quite young and laid back. They are positive and with a good laughter. The service is also friendly. It is a Sam Smiths Bar.

Todays Beer Quote:
“Oh, lager beer! It makes good cheer, And proves the poor man’s worth; It cools the body through and through, and regulates the health.”
